Yes, we do. Where there's a requirement to work outside our normal working hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday), we'll always do our best to provide an out of hours or weekend service. We realise that circumstances may not always support works being carried out during the normal working day, and are more than experienced in working around other contractors.

Reports are usually provided within 10 working days of our site visit. If you need your report sooner than that please tell us prior to instructing any works. We'll work with you wherever possible to reduce that lead time. Should there be any challenges that require more work - challenges that could potentially delay the report beyond the 10 days - we'll inform you as soon as possible.

Yes. All of our engineers are qualified to work at height and are suitably qualified with industry standard certifications. If required, we can bring cherry pickers, scissor lifts or scaffold towers to site as long as we are notified prior to quoting.

Whilst we'd usually expect to attend site within 1 to 2 weeks of your formal instruction, in particularly urgent cases we'll do all we can to be there at an earlier date.
