    • For most clients a report is delivered within 10 working days. If you need it more quickly than that you should let us know before you instruct us. Whilst there can be the odd occasion where site or structural challenges can delay reporting, if we foresee any issues we'll always let you know as soon as possible.

    • Yes, we can. We have many team members who are fully trained and experienced in working in confined spaces.

    • Absolutely. This is a key area of our work so all of our specialist engineers have working at height qualifications with certification from industry recognised bodies such as IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) and PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ & Manufacturers’ Association Ltd). MEWPs (mobile elevated work platforms) or towers can be brought to site, if required.

    • Once we've received your formal instruction, we'll usually aim to be on site within 1 to 2 weeks. This lead time is determined by our workload and the nature of your project. If you need us on site more quickly, simply let us know and we'll do what we can to accommodate your request.
