While the majority of our scanning and testing services are completed within standard working hours, (usually between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday), we do appreciate that some businesses cannot accommodate us during those times. The standard period required for compiling a report is 10 working days. In many cases we deliver the report more quickly than that. However, each project comes with a unique set of challenges, which can sometimes result in a slower turnaround. If we believe that the report will take longer than the standard 10 working days, we will make this clear. If the report is required urgently, please discuss this with us before we begin works.

Absolutely. This is a regular requirement for carrying out our work efficiently. All of our specialist engineers are qualified to work at height to industry standards, holding PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association) and IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) qualifications.

We will endeavour to be on site as quickly as our workload allows, which is usually within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt of your formal instruction. If, however, your project is particularly urgent, we will do what we can to get there more quickly.
